Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to installation, maintenance, and repair services provided by Nahiah Cooling AC in Makkah and surrounding districts.

1. Scope of service

We provide residential and commercial AC services. Scope and price are confirmed before work begins unless an emergency requires immediate action with customer consent.

2. Scheduling and cancellation

Please give at least 4 hours notice to reschedule. A visit fee may apply if the customer is unavailable without prior notice.

3. Warranty

Most repairs include a warranty on workmanship and replaced parts for the period stated on the invoice. Warranty does not cover misuse, unrelated faults, power issues, or external damage.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, except where Saudi law requires otherwise.

5. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing for recurring maintenance contracts.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Courts in Makkah shall have jurisdiction to the extent permitted.
